TORTOREL, JACQUES. ACTIVE 1568-1592; and JEAN PERRISSIN. C.1536-1617. :Premier volume contenant quarante Tableaux ou Histoires diverses touchant les guerres, massacres et troubles advenus en France en ces derniere annees. [Lyon?: c.1570.]
Folio (400 x 285 mm). 26 (of 40) double-page plates (23 engraved and 3 woodcut). Rebacked early 19th-century mottled calf gilt, retaining original spine with 5 raised bands, morocco gilt lettering piece.
