Lion Kiss prose by Carol Cavalaris

This artwork of a male and female lion cuddling in the moonlight, with the lioness giving the lion a tender kiss, is dedicated to my beloved soul mate, LJ, gone now for 7 years, always in my heart. Every year on the anniversary of his passing, I create an artwork to honor my soul mate, our relationship, and my journey of grief and healing. I have lost the love of my life, but not my ability to love. And so I am blessed to have many things in this life to love, including my family, friends, beauty, nature, animals, and creating art. Lion Kiss is from my Spirit Of The Wild - Big Cats Collection.
