黑牛头肉汤-Bouillon Kub, Black Bull\'s Head
- Leonetto Cappiello (1875-1942) was an Italian and French poster art designer and painter, who mainly lived and worked in Paris. He is now often called \'the father of modern advertising\' because of his innovation in poster design.
The contrast between the monochrome background and the central image in this work is immediately striking: a black bull’s head looming up from a bright yellow rectangle. The subject is a bouillon cube made by Kub in a red-and-yellow packet, positioned in front of the bull’s right eye.
